Lifetime Limited Warranty (US and Canada Only).
Camowraps®, L.L.C warrants this product to be free from defects in material and fading under normal use for the life of the product. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser of the product. This warranty only applies to Premium Cast Vinyl products. Product determined by Camowraps® to be defective under this warranty within five years of purchase date shall be repaired or replaced free of charge. After five years from the original purchase date, Camowraps® will replace the product at a cost to the customer equal to forty percent (40%) of the current MSRP. This warranty does not cover defects in installation or product that has been subject to neglect, accident, abuse, misuse, or misapplication. In no case will Camowraps's® liability under this contract exceed the value of the original product. This warranty does not extend to Economy Vinyl products. Specifically excluded from this warranty are any installation costs and any shipping costs involved with repairs or replacement. THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OF QUALITY, WHETHER WRITTEN, ORAL OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR PURPOSE) AND IN NO EVENT SHALL THE SELLER BE LIABLE FOR ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY IN AN AMOUNT EXCEEDING THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT.
